  • EOS ID: Your Epic Online Services identifier, provided at checkout to deliver purchased items to your game account.
  • Email address: Optionally provided at checkout for order receipt delivery.
  • Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number, CVV, or billing details.
  • Server selection: Which game server you select for item delivery.
  • Order data: Items purchased, amounts, timestamps, and delivery status.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver purchased items to your game account via RCON
  • To send order confirmation emails (if you provide an email)
  • To process payments through Stripe
  • To manage and administer game servers
  • To enforce server rules and prevent abuse

3. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe: Handles all payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.
  • Resend: Used to send order receipt emails. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Discord: Purchase notifications are sent to our admin Discord channel (no personal data shared publicly).

4. Data Retention

Order records are retained for bookkeeping and customer support purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us on Discord. Note that we may retain certain order records as required for legal or accounting purposes.
