Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DodoArk servers, the website at dodoark.com, or the in-game store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By making a purchase, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Game Server Rules

All players must follow the server rules posted at dodoark.com/rules. Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans at the sole discretion of DodoArk administrators. Bans do not entitle you to a refund of any purchases.

4. Store Purchases

  • All purchases are for virtual in-game items delivered to ARK: Survival Ascended servers operated by DodoArk.
  • Items are delivered automatically via RCON after payment confirmation.
  • You must provide a valid EOS ID and select the correct server at checkout.
  • DodoArk is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect EOS ID, wrong server selection, in-game bugs, or server wipes.
  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Virtual Items

All items purchased through the store are virtual goods with no real-world value. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the virtual items within DodoArk game servers. We reserve the right to modify, nerf, or remove any in-game items at any time for balancing or other purposes.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your game account and EOS ID. DodoArk is not liable for unauthorized purchases or item losses resulting from compromised accounts.

7. Server Availability

We strive to keep servers online and available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Servers may go offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. Downtime does not entitle you to refunds or compensation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Exploiting bugs, duplication glitches, or vulnerabilities
  • Using cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior
  • Real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items outside the official store
  • Attempting to exploit or abuse the store or delivery system

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to DodoArk services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

DodoArk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DodoArk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
