All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through the DodoArk store are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of virtual goods and instant delivery, we cannot reverse transactions once items have been delivered to your game account.

Why No Refunds?

  • Virtual items are delivered instantly via RCON and cannot be reclaimed once in your inventory.
  • DodoCrate rolls are randomized - you receive what you roll, and results cannot be changed.
  • Items like experience boosts, boss unlocks, and explorer notes are applied permanently to your character.

Before You Purchase

To avoid issues, please double-check the following before completing your purchase:

  • EOS ID: Make sure your EOS ID is correct. Use /eos in-game to find it.
  • Server: Verify you selected the correct server for delivery.
  • Item details: Read the item description carefully before buying.
  • Online status: Dino deliveries (DodoCrates) require you to be online in-game.

Delivery Issues

If you experience a delivery problem (e.g., items not received after payment), please contact us on Discord and we will investigate. Common issues include:
  • Wrong EOS ID: We can redeliver to the correct account if you contact us promptly.
  • Server down: Items will be delivered when the server is back online via our retry system.
  • Dino delivery while offline: Log into the correct server and items will be retried automatically.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all DodoArk servers. If you have an issue, please reach out on Discord first.
