How to Find Your EOS ID

Your EOS ID (Epic Online Services ID) is required for store purchases so we can deliver items to you in-game.

  1. Join any DodoArk server.
  2. Open the in-game chat and type: EOS
  3. Your EOS ID will appear in chat. It looks like: 000218bd13d243ada3f40f3f3b2796f8
  4. Copy this ID and paste it at checkout.

How Delivery Works

  • Items (kits, resources, etc.): Delivered instantly via RCON after payment. You do not need to be online — items will appear in your inventory the next time you log in to the selected server.
  • Dinos: Delivered as a Dino Ball to your inventory. You must be online on the selected server at the time of purchase for dino delivery to work.
  • Delivery is automatic and typically completes within seconds of payment confirmation.

Common Issues

I selected the wrong server

Items are delivered to the specific server you selected at checkout. We cannot move items between servers. Double-check your server selection before completing your purchase.

I was offline for a dino purchase

Dino deliveries require you to be online. If you were offline, reach out on Discord and an admin can attempt re-delivery.

I didn't receive my items

First, check that you are on the correct server and check your full inventory. If items are still missing after 5 minutes, contact us on Discord with your order details and EOS ID.

My EOS ID doesn't work

Make sure you are copying the full 32-character hex string. It should contain only letters (a-f) and numbers. If the EOS command doesn't work in chat, make sure you have the EOS ID mod installed (it's part of our mod stack and auto-installs when you join).
